Change your password

Update your Root account password to keep your account secure.

Your new password must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character.

Desktop

1. Select your profile picture in the top-right corner.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select User profile.
4. Select Change password.
5. In the Password field, enter your current password.
6. In the New password field, enter your new password.
7. In the Confirm new password field, re-enter your new password.
8. Select Save.

Mobile

1. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap User profile.
4. Tap Change password.
5. In the Current password field, enter your current password.
6. In the New password field, enter your new password.
7. Tap Save.
