Reset your password

If you’ve forgotten your Root password, you can get a reset code from the login screen.

Follow these steps:

1. Launch the Root app
2. On the login screen, select Forgot your username or password?
3. In the popup, choose Reset password
4. Enter the email address linked to your Root account
5. Select Send

We’ll email you instructions and a verification code that will help you reset your password.
