Recover your username

If you’ve forgotten your Root username, you can recover it from the login screen.

Follow these steps:

1. Launch the Root app
2. On the login screen, select Forgot your username or password?
3. In the popup, choose Recover username
4. Enter the email address linked to your Root account
5. Select Send

We’ll email you your username if there’s an account associated with that address.
