Manage your Sudo subscription

Cancel or resubscribe to Sudo from your account settings.

Managing your Sudo subscription requires Root on desktop.

Cancel your subscription​

  1. In the user tray, select your profile picture.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Sudo.
  4. Select Manage subscription.
  5. Select Cancel subscription.
  6. Review the confirmation, then select Cancel subscription to confirm.

To keep your subscription, select Keep subscription.

After cancellation​

Your Sudo perks remain active until the end of your current billing period. Root shows the access end date on the Sudo settings page, and your subscription status changes to ENDING.

Resubscribe​

The Resubscribe button appears on the Sudo settings page after you cancel, and remains visible until your access ends.

  1. In the user tray, select your profile picture.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Sudo.
  4. Select Resubscribe.
  5. Select Resubscribe to confirm. Your existing plan and payment method are reinstated.

If you resubscribe before your current billing period ends, you will not be charged until your next renewal date.
