Share your screen

Share your screen with others during a voice or video call.

Start screen sharing​

  1. During a call, select the Share your screen icon (monitor with arrow).
  2. Configure your sharing options:

    • Share stream audio: Toggle on to include sound from the shared screen or application.

    • Stream quality: Choose a quality mode:

  3. Select a screen or application window from the picker to start sharing.
  4. The Share your screen icon will have a solid blue fill color when you're sharing.

Stop screen sharing​

Select the Share your screen icon (monitor with arrow) again to stop sharing.

View a shared screen​

When someone shares their screen, it appears automatically in the voice channel view.

  • Click the shared screen to toggle between the screen share and the participant tiles view.
  • Drag the edge of the member tiles area to resize it, or collapse it entirely to focus on the shared screen.

Popout the call​

Open your call in a separate window to multitask while staying connected.

  1. During an active call, select the Popout icon (window with outward arrow) in the voice bar or channel toolbar.
  2. The call opens in a separate window where you can continue viewing participants and screen shares.
  3. Close the popout window to return the call to the main application.
