Report a voice call issue
If something goes wrong on a voice call, you can report it to Root directly from the app.
- Desktop
- Mobile
- While in a call, select the Report voice call issue button (speaker icon) in the title bar.
- (Optional) In the What went wrong? field, tell us what happened.
- Select Submit.
Root automatically includes diagnostic information with your report, so you don't need to attach anything.
This feature is not available on mobile.
