Create a community

Here's how to create a community. This assumes you already have a Root user account and the Root client software installed and running.

Desktop

1. Select the + button in the tab bar at the top of the screen.
2. Select Create community.
3. Enter your community name. The name must only contain letters, numbers, spaces, and be 1 to 256 characters long.
4. Choose a community color.
5. Upload your community image (optional).
6. Select Create to finish.

Mobile

1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.
2. Select the + button.
3. Enter your community name. The name must only contain letters, numbers, spaces, and be 1 to 256 characters long.
4. Choose a community color.
5. Upload your community image (optional).
6. Select Create community to finish.
