The management panel
Each installed App or Bot has a management panel where you can view its details and adjust settings.
- Select the community image in the sidebar.
- Select Community settings.
- Under Management, select Apps.
- Select the App or Bot to open its management panel.
The panel has three tabs:
- General — App details, assigned roles, and permissions.
- Global settings — Community-wide configuration (not all Apps have this).
- Channel Assignment — Control which channels the App can access. See Add Apps and Bots to channels.
Global settings
Some Apps have settings that apply across the entire community. These are defined by the App developer and vary per App — one App might have connection settings, while another might have feature toggles or default behaviors. Not all Apps have global settings. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
